A big thank you to everyone providing feedback on our new Admin re-design, which has been overwhelmingly positive and it's been great to see so many people migrate to REC+ already. Here's a quick roundup of what we've worked on this week:
Updates To The Admin Console
All Reported Issues Fixed
First we fixed a number of minor issues that were flagged up to us by different users, so thanks for the eagle eyed amongst you! All these changes have been rolled out automatically and we have nothing left outstanding.
Pin Comments To The Top More Quickly
It's quicker to pin comments to the top of a Comment screen because we moved the "star" icon to be right next to the Add Comment button. This is especially useful as a way to track outstanding actions set against a user or an order by adding them as comments which you can then see quickly at the top of the screen when they are pinned. Once you complete the comment containing the task, then simply tick the "star" icon again to un-pin it from the top.

De-clutter By Archiving Comments
There is now an Archive facility for comments, with an" archive" box icon appearing next to the "pin to top" star icon on the right hand side of each comment line. When you click to archive it greys out the comment and you can tick to "Hide Archived" comments in the "Switch" comments section in the top right of comment screens.
Get To User or Order Comments More Quickly On The Main Admin Screen.
We also added some extra links on the Dashboard comments section so you can get to User comments and Order comments in just one click.
Email Notifications Link Straight Back To The Place The Comment was Raised.
When someone @mentions you in a comment, it sends an email to let you know. When you click the link to reply it takes you directly to the pace where the comment was added, rather than the All Site Comments section, which is more intuitive.
More Program Space Now Available
The header navigation now hides itself when you scroll down the page so you have all available screen height in the program you are using. When you scroll back up the header re-appears at the top.
Users Are Migrating To REC+
We have seen a large number of users migrate to REC+ already. This is totally free your charges will stay the same unless you opt to use the paid features.
To upgrade... Simply click the "Upgrade To REC+" link in the new Admin Console to automatically move to the new version at no extra charge. Please note that we will continue to support and maintain REC sites who do not wish to upgrade at this time.

Move Your Site To HTTPS Everywhere
Switch to the HTTPS "green padlock" to keep in line with the drive by the web industry to encrypted data transmission between users' computers and your website. Google in particular is promoting this and rewarding sites with better rankings as well as avoiding Chrome messages advising the connection is not private. Cover your whole site (recommended) or just your checkout process (ecommerce sites).
Cost: £25 per month. Includes SSL certificate plus apps for HTTPS mixed content checking and fault reporting. Requires migration to Cloudflare Content Delivery Network and DNS changes. Implementation does not include resolving mixed content, contact sales for more information.
